Ethan and Mommy Day

Where else would Ethan want to go but the one and only Chuck-E-Cheeses! We were the only ones there for a while then only one other family showed up so it was a lot of fun. Ethan went from game to game and we had so much fun I totally forgot to bring my camera in. Plus, I get so wrapped up in taking pictures sometimes that I forget to play too!

Afterwards we went to Shanes rib shack, only the best bar-b-que EVER, and had lunch. It was a fun morning and I was glad that Jess took Sadie for the morning so I was able to enjoy my E-man. If it were up to him, we would have played all day.

Gage & Mommy Day

I've always tried to encourage Justin to have his own time with the boys and am now trying to do the same. I took Gage to the local dollar movie theater and we saw The Princess and the Frog. It was a cute movie but I was surprised at how dark (evil) the villian was in this disney flick. Ethan would definitely not be able to sleep if he saw it. It was fun and Gage was happy that his little sister wasnt there running a muck in the theater ;)
He's a goober but at least he was smiling!
Me and my big man!

My cute little crew

Valentines Day was a chore this year getting the kids ready for church but I did it and was so happy that I was able to get a picture of the kids in their sunday best!

Family Night at the Circus!

Ive never been to the circus before so I got the cheap seats and went with the family plus Jessie and Peyton and Papa Anthony!
Peyton had a lot of fun! as did Sadie!
The seats were super high and steep and we kept passing the kids back and forth which was nerve racking! All the kids loved it when the elephants came out...they were hooked!
Heres Ethan mesmerized by them....
This is how high we were...
Heres a few more pictures of the night!

Snow Days

We usually get a little taste of snow each year but this year it just wouldnt go away! I love the snow but living in Georgia, we don't have the right gear. It never seemed worth it to buy for 1 or 2 days of use a year. We would have loved a sled this year though, the throw away foil roasting pan just didnt work like we hoped=)
In summary, Ethan loved it, Gage hates pictures and Sadies hands were frozen by the time we finished our snowman.....

Boys will be boys and our poor snowman didnt last long...

Can you see whats in the tree??

Its my kitty=)

Justin got home early so he could enjoy the snow too!

Happy 7th to my little Gaaaaatorade!

Born 1/28/03 at 6:47pm 8lbs 8oz. It was a fast and painful labor but he was healthy and thats all that mattered. I was just a baby myself when I had him but I am so thankful for the little man that he is turning out to be! He has a wonderful and thoughtful little heart and I hope that it just continues to get bigger and bigger!

Im way behind on my post but now that Im getting a little free time I hope to be better. Gage turned 7 on January 28th and I had a hard time with his birthday because he was all about no toys for Christmas and his birthday. Luckily he came up with the idea of things for his room to make it a "big boy" room. We got him a desk for his room in hopes of making homework time a little more bearable.

He got a lot of things to help keep his desk organized and a really cool soccer chair. Aunt Jessie and GG got him new bedding to replace his Transformer bedding. Papa John got him a gift card and he got a Hvac helicopter. He requested Mexican so we all went out to eat at a Mexican restaurant (no pictures though, we got there and all of a sudden he didnt feel well so he was layed out in the car while everyone else finished there food). Granny picked up the tab which was very nice. We then went home and enjoyed his cookie cake.
Here are the girls patiently waiting for their cake!

Happy 4th Birthday Ethan! 12/31/05

People say it all the time but holy crap I cannot believe my little boy is 4! He'll be starting school in August! Wow!Ethan was my tax deduction, 2 plus weeks early! I drove myself to the hospital, had enough time to get my epidoral, everything went smoothly! It was a welcomed change after Gage's delivery! He was so little, 7 13oz,such a cutie!
So we did the usual and celebrated at Chuck-E-Cheeses but I think we will find a new party spot next year. Fayetteville is going downhill....n-e-who, The boys played games before the party started.... I love that they have the same "game face"! Ethan chose Thomas for his birthday cake and Jesses friend from high school, Brandy, did an awesome job decorating the cake! (pardon the "dumb and dumber" haircut...I dont know why some hair dressers think that every white boy wants a straight line cut like this!)
The cake was yummy and very messy!

Isnt it funny how Gage and Blake gave me the same typical 6 yr old boy face!
Heres Peyton the tv star... Ethan loved all his presents but he especially loves getting cards! He got b-day cards from publix, toys r us, and Papa John & Nina in the mail and was so excited he put them all on his dresser! At his party he opened up each card BEFORE opening the gift...

I need to recoop and get ready to do it all again in 4 weeks for Gage! Luckily he's starting to request more big boy stuff so I dont have to worry about another Chuck-E-Cheese party!
Happy 4th birthday to my little E-man! You have a smile that lights up the place and Im so grateful I get to witness it! You are a busy bee and quite a character and I love you for it!
